These brains of ours don't come with instruction manuals. Navigating life can seem impossible. Therapy offers space for new perspectives from someone who has your back. Together, we map out new paths and learn new ways to interact, feel, and think. 

Therapy can be a strange process; I try to make it simple and straightforward.  We get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.  We get a clear picture of what the problems are, what’s going wrong — and what’s going right — in your life. Together we dive under the surface of the chattering thoughts and stormy feelings to build insight into what’s actually happening.  I will teach you how to create space, how to step back, breathe, and not get caught in the tide.  Then we come up with strategies to help you move in the direction of the life you want live.

Therapy is about being heard, being seen, and learning how to make new choices. You don’t have to do this on your own.

I specialize in working with people with BPD, attachment trauma, anxiety disorders, OCD, couples, and people with complex difficulties who may have been given multiple diagnoses. I offer online therapy across Canada for adults seeking deeper understanding and lasting change.

Standard 60 minute sessions are $180. Couples sessions are 90 minutes and $210. Reduced rates may be available based on need.
